1. We do it all
Yes this is much simpler for you. We can remotely log into your office and work on your day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting on your office PC to keep your books current. A simple weekly or bi-weekly mailing of your input and accounting paperwork to our location, and we handle everything for you. You just sit back, log in and review the reports of your company at your convenience. And we can even customize the reports to provide only the information you want to see.
2. We Oversee your Bookkeeping and Help You
With remote access we log in to your computer from our location and review your files, fix problems, and get you organized. This option is very popular with the small office that can get the bookkeeping data in but just needs help getting all the information ready for the quarterly estimates, payroll taxes, year end tax preparation and more. Some personal visits may be needed with this option to help or train your office staff, but for the most part everything can be handled remotely.
